2008 Mission Trip to Biloxi Mississippi

April 6-13

In association with the UCC Back Bay Mission and the East Biloxi Coordination, Relief, and Redevelopment Agency, a group of 27 traveled to Biloxi, Mississippi and spend a week rebuilding the local community through the reconstruction of houses damaged or destroyed by hurricane Katrina in 2005.

2007 Mission Trip to Biloxi, Mississippi

In the spring of 2007, a group of 11 traveled to Biloxi, Mississippi and spent a week rebuilding houses. Below are some sample photos from that trip.

We worked on several houses, but the biggest project was Sherry's house on Sherry Lane. This is how it looked when we started.

Here is our crew joined by Sherry and other volunteers from UCC churches in Machias, Maine and Rutland, Vermont.
